Nevermind the discount, frequent flyer miles would've been more appropriate.
If you go to Counter number 5 at the main traffic office, just take that form along with you and R50. Ask for Jonas. It will be sorted. Wink wink. Be careful, only counter 5, the others will charge you R100..
